GBR Lifesaving Team - Volunteer Team Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist Opportunity

 

The GBR Lifesaving Team is seeking applications for a Volunteer Team Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist to support athletes competing at the Lifesaving World Championships 2026 in Nelson Mandela Bay (Port Elizabeth), South Africa. The successful candidate(s) will join the team management and coaching staff, providing injury management, athlete welfare and performance support throughout the Championships.

 

This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-performance international sporting environment and contribute to the success of GB's leading lifesaving athletes. The role is voluntary, with return flights, accommodation, team uniform and approved in-country expenses provided. The successful applicant(s) must be available to travel from 25 November to 7 December 2026.
