News

SeaQuest, supported by our partners Porthcawl Lifeguard Club and Bridgend County Swim Squad, have been given the exciting opportunity to run Swim Safe sessions in Porthcawl this summer on 13th, 14th and 15th June.

The Swim Safe programme has been created by the RNLI, Swim Wales and Swim England, and gives children an opportunity to learn how to be safe in and around open water with a land-based safety session and in-water tuition.

SeaQuest would like to ask if any members of SLSA Wales would like to apply to be part of the team delivering this fantastic Swim Safe programme to Key stage 2 school children and members of the public. The roles include teachers, lifeguards and volunteers guiding the children to and from each activity etc. All training will take place on June 10th.

If you would like to support the Swim Safe programme and request an application form, or require any further information, please contact SeaQuest on info@hqp-seaquest.com

Many Thanks

Janette Childs
